REFUND POLICY

At NOQOM, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
General Approach
As a general customer service approach, we may offer exchanges where possible and subject to stock availability. However, this policy does not limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
For online purchases, Georgian consumer law generally provides a 14-calendar-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
Right to Withdraw from Online Orders
Where the law applies, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you or a person designated by you receives the goods, unless an exception under applicable law applies. Georgian law sets this general rule for distance contracts.

Georgian law also provides that a trader should not require extra information beyond what is necessary for withdrawal, and if required information about the withdrawal right was not properly provided, the return period can be extended.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, with tags attached, and without damage beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality. Georgian law allows a trader to account for diminished value caused by use beyond such inspection.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us before returning the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@noqom.ge as soon as possible and include clear photos where applicable.
Under Georgian law, where goods are defective, the consumer may request that the trader repair or replace the goods free of charge as the priority remedy, except where this is impossible or disproportionately costly. In certain cases, the consumer may also request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, return-related costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
For other returns, return shipping arrangements and costs will be communicated during the return process, subject to your legal rights. Georgian law states that in a standard withdrawal case the consumer generally should not bear delivery costs, except where the consumer chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered by the trader.
Refund Timing
Where a refund is due, approved refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item or otherwise confirm the refund basis. The time for the funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Cases
Certain goods may be excluded from the withdrawal right where a statutory exception applies under Georgian law, including personalized goods and some other legally exempt categories. Whether an exception applies depends on the specific product and circumstances.
