SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy establishes and regulates the procedure for processing and delivering orders.

 

Order Processing

 

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day after the end of the public holidays or weekend days.

 

Delivery Areas

 

We currently ship only to:

 

Georgia

 

Armenia

 

We do not currently ship to Azerbaijan.

 

Delivery in Tbilisi

 

We deliver across Georgia, including Tbilisi and other cities.

 

For deliveries within Tbilisi:

 

orders placed before 18:00 may be delivered the same day

 

orders placed after 18:00 are typically delivered the next day

 

Same-day delivery depends on order confirmation, stock availability, courier capacity, and destination area.

 

For deliveries to other cities in Georgia, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other logistical factors.

 

Delivery in Armenia

 

Estimated delivery time to Armenia: up to 7 business days

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping is paid and calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

 

We do not currently offer free shipping by default.

 

Store Pickup

 

If available at checkout, you may choose store pickup instead of delivery.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

 

Tracking

 

Where tracking is available, shipment details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

Delays

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

 

courier disruptions

 

customs procedures

 

weather conditions

 

public holidays

 

incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

 

Incorrect Address

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or fail. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

 

Damaged or Lost Parcels

 

If your package arrives visibly damaged or is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at info@noqom.ge.

 

Prompt notice helps us investigate with the courier, but this does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Georgian law provides consumers with remedies for defective goods, including repair or replacement as priority remedies, and in some cases price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
